How to detoxify your body - three recipes for delicious smoothies

To prepare this green smoothie you need some ingredients. & Icirci will give your body not only the necessary vitamin C intake, but also an energy boost.

-an Apple
- a cucumber
- a bunch of baby spinach leaves
- a small ginger root
- a teaspoon of honey

Mix all the ingredients in a smoothie maker or blender. 2. Smoothie with cherries and kale

- a cup of pitted cherries

Mix all the ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker. There is no need to remove the seeds of the grapes or the skins. The black ones are ideal, but you can also use white or pink grapes, from aromatic varieties.

5. Smoothie with cherries and Greek yogurt

- a cup of pitted cherries

- a banana or two, frozen

- a cup of spinach leaves

- half a cup of almond milk

Again, mix all the ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker. You can change the amount of ingredients depending on the size of the bowl or the number of people for whom you prepare the smoothie.

2. Ice cream with mango fruit


  • A cup of fresh orange juice
  • Two cups of diced mango pulp
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • A ginger powder
  • Ice cream sticks

Method of preparation:

Add these ingredients, in the above order, in a blender. Set the device to "Smoothie" or simply let the device run at minimum speed for 10 seconds, then at medium speed for 10 seconds, and finally set it to maximum speed for 40 seconds. Finally, pour the contents into special ice cream molds and put a stick at the end. Put everything in the freezer. The next day you can enjoy a delicious ice cream!
